Each year we learn about all seven continents with a special focus on one. This year we are learning about Asia with special attention to India, Japan and China. Join us on this special day when your child can share their works with you. (We’ll also have crafts and games!) Doors open at 9:00 and close at 11:00.

Teachers visit other Montessori programs & participate in training courses.

After reading the classic fable Stone Soup, the children washed, peeled and chopped vegetables for our collective vat of “Stone Soup” yesterday. Today, the children decorate, set the tables, and sit down together to enjoy a special feast. Dismissal is directly following the meal at 11:45 for all. (No Lunch Bunch today.)

Teachers will be checking in with each of their families by Zoom to share observations and answer your questions about how the year is going. Teachers will send sign-up information ahead of time.

Families of all students gather to celebrate their children’s accomplishments and send our graduating students off to kindergarten as we say goodbye for the summer. Ceremony starts at 9:00.
